Please note that, for all these plans, where a Service Engineer finds a customer out after making positive arrangements to gain access, a payment will be required to cover his travelling time. All prices in this leaflet include VAT.

One Star

This plan covers Annual Servicing for a Boiler.

The Service provides for:

Cleaning of all flue ways and combustion within the appliance
Cleaning and adjustment of all burner equipment
Checking gas cocks for easy working and lubrication as necessary
Testing the soundness of the whole system to the meter, cylinder or tank, as appropriate.

The service engineer will clean off any dirt which may result from his work

Two Star

In addition to the Annual Service as provided by the One Star plan, this plan covers the cost of replacement boiler parts (as listed below) and labour to effect a repair in the event of a boiler breakdown.

Three Star

This comprehensive plan provides for the same cover as the One and two Star Plans for parts and labour in the event of a breakdown. In addition it includes steel panel radiators, radiator valves, easily accessible above ground internal pipework, room thermostat and time control, and a water circulating pump - subject to the following conditions:-

The water circulating pump should be correctly installed with double isolating valves, one on either side (so that the system doesn't have to be drained), and be easily accessible for replacement without the need to spring pipework, remove or interfere with any household appliance, furniture, fixtures or fittings (including taking up floor boards).
Water circulating pumps in system greater than one inch bore pipework are excluded, as are water circulating pumps installed in secondary or direct hot water supply systems.

Four Star

Same cover as Two Star.
In addition includes for weekend breakdown call out from 8.30a.m.till 5pm.
